The platform is multi-tenant: one install serves several client organisations, each with their own branding, assets and templates. Per-employee personal fields (name, role, phone, photo) are filled in; templates stay centrally managed.
Distribution runs through Microsoft 365 / Exchange transport rules or a local Windows agent. End users do nothing — signatures are applied automatically to every outbound email.

For central distribution we currently support Microsoft 365 / Exchange. For Workspace a client-side template export is available.
