What Imbarcu?

Imbarcu is a complete HR platform for SMB and larger organisations: employees, contracts, inventory, documents, training and onboarding in one place. It’s built on a three-tier hierarchy — Platform (super-admins), Resellers (white-label partners with their own domain and branding), Companies (the actual tenants).

That white-label setup is what makes Imbarcu unique: HR consultants, accountants and MSPs can offer the platform under their own brand to their clients. Each reseller has their own visual identity, domain and pricing — while the underlying infrastructure is run by us.

Integrations with SignNow for e-signatures, Moodle for training courses, TimeChimp and Loket for time tracking and payroll, and Bunq for payment flows. Sentry for error monitoring means we often fix issues before the customer notices.

Employee dossiers

Complete profile with photo, personal info, emergency contacts, bank details and status history (onboarding, active, inactive, terminated).

Contracts with e-sign

Multiple contract types (permanent, temporary, internship, freelance) with SignNow integration for digital signatures. Expiry alerts built in.

Document management

ID, passport, work permit documents with verification workflow and automatic expiry tracking.

Inventory tracking

Laptops, phones, shirts — assignment per employee, condition on issue and return, yearly inventory confirmations with SignNow.

Training

Course catalogue, individual tracking, certificate uploads, expiry alerts. Moodle integration for the actual training content.

Onboarding workflows

Task-based onboarding with progress tracking, due dates and automatic completion calculation.

White-label resellers

Own domain, own branding, own pricing per partner. Fully multi-tenant underneath.

FAQ

How is GDPR handled for personnel data?

All data hosted in the Netherlands on our infrastructure. Personnel dossiers follow standard GDPR rules — with data retention configurable per tenant.

Can I use my own branding/domain?

Yes — that’s a central feature of Imbarcu. Resellers get their own subdomain or custom domain, brand identity and mailflows. Ask for a demo of the reseller portal.

How much does it cost?

Pricing per employee per month, with volume tiers. Resellers get partner pricing.

Does it work with Loonjournaal or NMBRS?

Native Loket support; for NMBRS we have a CSV export. Loonjournaal is under investigation.

How fast can I get started?

Half-day onboarding workshop, then trial tenant live within 24 hours. Full rollout depends on data migration complexity.
