Voice-AI assistants with multi-provider support.
VAPI Bridge is a multi-tenant orchestration layer for voice-AI assistants across multiple providers. One Assistant config, three webhook flows, and provider-specific data in JSON columns — for teams wanting telephony AI without vendor lock-in.
The use case: voice-AI providers (like Vapi.ai, Retell, Bland) evolve quickly; each has its strengths. By abstracting the orchestration layer you can pick the provider per assistant — and even A/B-test between providers — without rewriting your business logic.
For MSPs offering voice-AI as a service to clients, or teams wanting to (partially) automate support by phone, VAPI Bridge is the right starting point.
Each company gets its own Assistants and call logs.
Three voice providers behind one API. Switch without code changes.
Per call a log with provider-specific metadata in JSON.
Incoming events are routed to the right provider handler.
Per call the actual cost per provider, for margin analysis.
wanting to deliver voice-AI services to clients.
automating first-line phone queries.
running outbound AI-assistant call campaigns.
Laravel · multi-provider webhooks · MySQL
Three by default, with a plugin architecture for additional providers on request.
Depends on the provider — Vapi and Bland support NL well; Retell is catching up.
For Dutch use you need consent for AI call recording (GDPR). VAPI Bridge logs consent per call.
