What Ticket Scheduler?

Ticket Scheduler adds calendar planning to SupportPal. Assign tickets to specific days or time slots — ideal for maintenance work, scheduled installations and customer visits that don’t fit a normal ticket flow.

Tickets appear on a visual calendar per agent, with drag-and-drop rescheduling. Scheduled tickets send automatic reminders to the assigned agent and (optionally) the customer.

For field-service MSPs and teams doing scheduled operations this is the plugin that turns SupportPal from purely reactive into proactively plannable.

What it does

Per-agent calendar view

Tickets as calendar appointments — day, week or month view.

Drag-and-drop planning

Drag a ticket to a new time. Update in SupportPal immediately.

Time slots

Schedule tickets on specific hours — for example "Thursday 10:00-12:00".

Reminders

Automatic mail/SMS reminder to agent (and optionally customer) ahead of the slot.

iCal export

Export your calendar to Outlook or Google Calendar for offline visibility.

Yes — use both for different perspectives on the same ticket.

Multi-agent scheduling?

Yes, a single ticket can be assigned to multiple agents at once (e.g. an installation crew).

What happens when a ticket gets moved?

Reminders auto-adjust to the new time; customer is notified if configured.
