What Ticket Board?

Ticket Board is a SupportPal plugin that shows your tickets as a kanban board — drag between statuses, filter by agent or department, and see at a glance where work stands. For teams using SupportPal daily, this is the visual layer the standard ticket list is missing.

The plugin hooks directly into the SupportPal database and respects all existing permissions. Status changes via drag-and-drop trigger the same workflows as manual updates — including escalations, SLA resets and notifications.

In production since 2023 on our own help desk; also deployed at several external SupportPal installs.

Drag tickets between columns. Status updates in SupportPal instantly.

Filters per agent/department

Show only your work, or team X’s, or department Y’s backlog.

Customisable swimlanes

Create swimlanes per agent or priority — surfacing what would otherwise hide.

Permission-respecting

Existing SupportPal rights are honoured. No tickets visible you wouldn’t otherwise see.

SLA indicators

Tickets approaching SLA breach are visually flagged.

SupportPal v4 and higher. A legacy build for v3 is available on request.

Does it replace the standard ticket list?

No, it’s a complementary view. Both coexist.
