Ticket Board is a SupportPal plugin that shows your tickets as a kanban board — drag between statuses, filter by agent or department, and see at a glance where work stands. For teams using SupportPal daily, this is the visual layer the standard ticket list is missing.
The plugin hooks directly into the SupportPal database and respects all existing permissions. Status changes via drag-and-drop trigger the same workflows as manual updates — including escalations, SLA resets and notifications.
