Bloxs AI is an AI-driven email and communication assistant specifically for property management. It runs on the Bloxs property-management context: tenant data, contracts, maintenance history, policy rules — and uses a large language model to generate draft replies to tenant questions about service, policy and finance.
Typical use case: a tenant emails about a leak. Bloxs AI pulls the relevant maintenance history and SLA info, formulates a fitting reply in the right tone (NL/EN, formal/informal), and serves the draft to the manager for approval. Not a canned reply mill, but AI that did its homework.
Works alongside the Bloxs Contract Data Feed API that exposes contract data securely. For property managers with large tenant portfolios this is the first real automation of first-line correspondence.
