ConoWid is a multi-tenant capture platform for digitising batches of physical documents and items. Every workstation has its own capture session; every scan gets a barcode link, and everything is automatically exported to the right downstream system.
It’s designed for environments where people scan for long stretches — labs, archives, claims-processing teams. No manual filenames, no lost scans, no "who did this batch".
Per tenant you configure an export pipeline (FTP, REST API, email attachment, etc.) and barcode formats. The UI is deliberately simple: scan, check, next.
Per user/workstation an own session with automatic counters and logging.
1D and 2D (QR) barcodes are recognised and linked to a record ID.
Configurable per tenant: FTP, S3, REST API, email or custom connector.
Per scan: who, when, from which workstation, with which barcode. For traceability.
Unreadable barcodes go into a review queue for manual correction.

All TWAIN-compatible (Windows) and SANE-compatible (Linux) scanners. For network scanners we also support direct IMAP/FTP ingest.
With a Fujitsu fi-7160 or similar you easily reach 60+ pages per minute. Barcode detection runs asynchronously.
Configurable per tenant — default 10 simultaneous, scalable on request.
