ConoCard Enterprise is a central management platform for access badge issuance across multiple sites. One interface to all your card printers (Zebra, Magicard, Evolis), a uniform audit trail, and direct integration with your existing identity stack (Active Directory, SAML, OIDC). Receptionists issue cards from a browser; IT keeps central oversight of every location.
Under the hood is a native multi-platform implementation of the printer tunnel protocols — a drop-in replacement for vendor-specific driver stacks such as Silex SX Virtual Link. The same codebase therefore runs on a Windows reception PC or in a Linux VM in your data centre, without kernel driver installs and without per-workstation maintenance.
Deployment options: a dedicated 1U appliance, a virtual machine in your own hypervisor (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), or a managed SaaS tenant with a local connector agent. The audit trail is routed to your SIEM, user rights run through AD, and SLA options start at next business day and go up to 24/7 with 15-minute response times.

Yes. For Zebra printers with an integrated network or USB-over-IP chip (Silex SX-200 and compatible) we offer a native protocol replacement that works functionally identically to the Silex driver stack — without Windows driver installs per workstation. No firmware upgrade needed on the printers.
