From story to invoice — development your client can follow live.
Avanance is a multi-tenant platform for tracking application development work — from a single story to a delivered invoice. Stories, story points, sprints, epics and a kanban board on the inside; a clean client portal on the outside where customers follow the read-only progress and deliveries of their own projects. One place where the build team and the client look at the same truth.
Clients submit requests and bugs themselves through an AI intake: an assistant asks the right follow-up questions and produces a structured ticket (type, severity, acceptance criteria, point estimate) that lands directly as a story on the right project. For feature stories Avanance optionally generates an interactive mockup the client can approve or reject — so scope is fixed before a line of code is written.
Avanance closes the whole loop: deployments run from the platform via a secured runner with rollback and automatic verification, and completed story points × rate roll through to per-delivery invoicing into HostFact. Conocido runs entirely on Avanance itself — it is our own dogfood platform before it reaches other agencies and MSPs.

Read-only progress, deliveries and status updates per client — in client language, with € instead of points and soft deadlines.
The client describes a need; Claude asks follow-up questions and delivers a structured ticket that lands as a story on the right project.

For teams delivering software development to clients — agencies and MSPs with a custom-dev arm. The platform is multi-tenant, so each supplier runs in its own environment with its own clients.
No. The client portal is deliberately stripped: the client sees progress, deliveries and — if a rate is set — delivered value in euros. Points and internal jargon stay on the staff side.
You set a point rate per project, client or organisation. Completed story points × rate form invoice lines that go to HostFact — invoicing per delivery instead of a vague timesheet.
Yes. AI intake, triage and mockups are optional and fall back gracefully when no API key is set. The core — stories, board, portal, deploys, invoicing — works on its own.
