Copaco Portal is a web app where partners and internal staff can browse products, place orders and track shipments through the Copaco distribution network. It’s built for MSPs that regularly buy hardware via Copaco and don’t want to keep digging through Excel catalogues.
The catalogue is daily-synced via FTP-CSV from Copaco — thousands of SKUs, with current prices, stock and lead times. Order placement runs through the official Copaco API and ties directly into our internal billing so the customer invoice is correct automatically.
For MSPs buying a lot through Copaco this saves manual retyping, duplicate dataset maintenance, and order errors.

The portal is intentionally Copaco-specific. For other distributors we build a custom variant.
