What CICv2?

CICv2 is the work-order system for on-site service work. A request becomes a work order with address, contact person and authorised budget, and gets an engineer and a schedule.

The engineer logs time and materials on the order. A completed order triggers invoicing, so what was done on site reaches the invoice without retyping.

Orders that stall are not reported as one big list but split by who needs to act: the engineer, a third party, or ourselves. That makes "who is leaving work behind" a question with an answer.
