Supplies is automated paper- and toner-supply ordering for printer-lease environments. It tracks paper and toner consumption via print-counter snapshots (from LeasyPrint), estimates stock levels per location, and automatically generates purchase suggestions when a threshold is hit.
Orders go through Holland Office Supplies (HOS) and the corresponding invoice flows automatically into HostFact. No manual purchase orders, no "we’re out of toner again" phone calls.
For printer-lease providers and MSPs with print services in their portfolio, this is the simplest way to fully automate the supplies chain.
Via LeasyPrint: printer-counter snapshots are pulled periodically.
Based on monthly consumption, stock depletion is forecast.
Order is auto-generated when stock crosses threshold — optional approval step.
Purchase price + margin = customer invoice, auto-created.

HOS is out of the box. Other vendors need a specific connector — typically 1-2 days of work per vendor.
For printers we don’t have counter data on, manual confirmation can be used — Supplies maintains an estimate based on historic usage.
Tracked via HOS’s order status; the software waits for delivery confirmation before updating stock.
